Temporary road closure: November 9–11
The City of Calgary has approved a temporary closure of 8th Avenue between 17th and 18th Streets from November 9–11 to accommodate a crane lift to install rooftop units on the south tower of the new Bethany Calgary care home.
The closure will provide space for the crane and delivery trucks. The parking lane on the south side of 8th Avenue, across from the existing Bethany Calgary care home, will also be used for truck staging.
