Bethany partners with post-secondary institutions across Alberta to support clinical education and hands-on learning. This page outlines placement opportunities, requirements, and key information for students, instructors, and institutions.
Clinical Placements
Clinical placement requests must be submitted by post-secondary institutions through HSPnet (Health Sciences Placement Network).
- Requests must be received 2–3 months prior to the placement start date
- Student inquiries submitted directly to Bethany cannot be accepted
Common Placement Areas
Bethany supports placements in:
- Health Care Aide
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Occupational Therapy & OTA
- Recreation Therapy & RTA
- Social Work
- Spiritual Care
Bethany is unable to accept Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant placements.
