Our recruitment team reviews your skills, experience, and background to assess your fit for the position.

Interviews

If selected, participate in a short phone interview with a recruiter. Depending on the pre-screen outcome, you may be invited to meet the hiring manager for an in-person Interview.

Assessments

If an offer is being considered, the recruiter will conduct reference checks and request a “Clear enhanced criminal record check”.

Hire and Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a verbal offer, followed by an email with official offer details and must complete new hire paperwork, participate in orientation and role-specific onboarding, which may include buddy shifts, site tours, and other supports.
