Temporary Parking Lane Closure – July 24–27
As part of the ongoing Bethany Calgary Redevelopment, construction crews will be installing two rooftop air handling units (RTUs) from Friday, July 24 through Monday, July 27.
To safely complete this work, the parking lane on the south side of 8 Avenue NW between 18 Street and 19 Street NW will be temporarily closed throughout the four-day period.
The closure is required to accommodate crane operations, equipment deliveries, and truck staging during the installation. Traffic control personnel and trained spotters will be on-site throughout the work to safely manage vehicle and pedestrian movement.
