Rachael Golembuski provides financial and corporate leadership that supports Bethany’s long-term sustainability and growth. 

Before joining Bethany in 2026, Rachael served as Chief Financial Officer at a large privately-owned IT services and solutions company where she led a broad range of operational and financial functions. She was previously Chief Audit Officer at a credit union and held senior assurance and risk leadership roles at ATB Financial, the largest Alberta-based financial institution. Rachael began her career in Montreal, Quebec at a multinational professional services firm in business risk services. 

Rachael is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA, US) and is fluently bilingual in English and French. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Distress Centre Calgary, currently serving as Treasurer and Chair of the Audit Committee.”
