Nancy Hughes oversees operations across Bethany’s care homes, housing communities, and programs, ensuring residents and families receive compassionate, high-quality care. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Calgary, along with a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Alberta.
With more than four decades of healthcare leadership experience, Nancy has focused much of her work on improving care systems, strengthening access to services, and designing more effective service delivery models.
She has played a key leadership role in several major healthcare capital projects, including the design and commissioning of Calgary’s South Health Campus and Bethany Riverview, Bethany’s purpose-built home for dementia care.
