Katherine Jones leads Bethany’s Human Resources team, supporting a high-performing, people-first culture through strategic HR leadership, trusted partnerships, and practical guidance.

Katherine spent over 25 years leading a broad range of HR functions with Shaw Communications and Aramark Canada. She is passionate about developing leaders and improving organizational performance by building strong, lasting relationships and sustainable practices. She has also led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, partnering with leaders to embed inclusive practices across the employee experience. Prior to joining Bethany, she provided consulting support to the BC forestry sector and several not-for-profit and public sector organizations, helping address business needs related to human resources, safety, and mental health concerns.

Katherine attained her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, and she holds diplomas and certificates from the University of Alberta and NAIT in biological sciences, human resources, and occupational health and safety.
