Jennifer McCue leads Bethany Care Society with a deep commitment to advancing care for seniors and adults with complex needs. A registered nurse, she holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Health Administration and is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She is also a Fellow of the Ivey Business School Community Shift program.
Jennifer brings extensive healthcare leadership experience, including leading multi-million-dollar projects focused on strengthening care delivery and operational excellence. She has a particular interest in the design of care environments that support people living with dementia.
She is a former Chair and Board member of the Alberta Continuing Care Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Bethany Care Foundation. Jennifer also mentors students through the University of Calgary Scholars Academy program. In 2023, she received the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal for her contributions to seniors’ care in Alberta.
