Dana Penner leads clinical operations across Bethany’s care homes, with a focus on enhancing quality of care and quality of life for residents.
With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Dana has played a key role in developing innovative programs that support individuals with complex health needs. Her work has helped shape initiatives such as Bethany’s Alternate Level of Care and Young Adult Programs.
She holds Bachelor and Master of Nursing degrees from Athabasca University and is nationally certified in Gerontological Nursing through the Canadian Nurses Association. She remains active in professional leadership and currently serves as Secretary for the Canadian College of Health Leaders Southern Alberta Chapter.
