We offer affordable, open-concept suites and fair-market priced residences where people 55+ can live independently in an apartment style setting.

One of the options we offer is a ‘Life Lease’, which is a ‘home-ownership’ arrangement. Life Lease offers the added advantage of guarantee buyback. If at any time a decision is made to end the Life Lease agreement, we guarantee to buyback the suite, so no real estate or legal fees are incurred. Contact us for details.

A reasonable monthly fee is charged that covers the costs of maintenance and upkeep, building insurance, heating and lighting in common areas and more.
