How to Apply

Placement into publicly funded care is managed by Assisted Living Alberta. The process begins with an assessment through your local Continuing Care Access Centre.

Located in the Acadia neighbourhood of Calgary, Luther Place is within walking distance of a swimming pool, fitness centre, shopping, and bus routes.

This subsidized housing community offers a safe and welcoming home for independent seniors who want to remain active and connected to the surrounding neighbourhood. Luther Place includes 30 one-bedroom apartments, including two barrier-free units.

Bethany processes affordable housing applications through the YYC Seniors Housing portal. This centralized system makes it easier to explore available housing options across Calgary and apply for the community that best fits your needs.
