How to Apply

Placement into publicly funded care is managed by Assisted Living Alberta. The process begins with an assessment through your local Continuing Care Access Centre.

First Assembly Manor offers comfortable and affordable apartment living for seniors. Located near Chinook Centre and close to public transit, shopping, and local amenities, the manor provides a welcoming environment where tenants can live independently while remaining connected to a supportive community.

Rent is based on income criteria set by the Government of Alberta and is calculated at 30% of gross monthly income.

Applying for Housing

Bethany processes affordable housing applications through the YYC Seniors Housing portal. This centralized system makes it easier to explore available housing options across Calgary and apply for the community that best fits your needs.
