• Applicant(s) must be functionally independent with the aid of community based services.

• Applicant(s) must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (landed immigrant).

• Maximum income limit is in place as per the Ministry of Seniors “Household Income Threshold” and is currently set at $43,000.
