Post-Secondary Institution

Practicum Placement Agreement

Students and instructors must be covered by a Practicum Placement Agreement. New agreements will be considered for sites or specialities where there is availability and Bethany will work directly with the post-secondary educational institution to create a mutually acceptable agreement.

Developing an agreement can take a number of weeks.

Placement Request

If your post-secondary institution has a Practicum Placement Agreement in place, you may request a placement using HSPnet (Health Science Placement Network). Requests received from students directly will not be accepted.

Requests must be made two to three months in advance of the start date.

Access to Bethany Technology

To gain access to Bethany’s technology including electronic documentation (where applicable), each student and instructor must sign a Bethany Network Account Agreement Form and return it to their post-secondary institution. The post-secondary institution must then send the forms along with the required placement information to Bethany one week prior to placement start.
